Appointment Cancellations
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations made later, or missed appointments, may be charged the consultation fee to compensate for the reserved physician time.
Therapy Packages
Panchkarma and therapy packages are billed per course. If a course is discontinued on medical advice, the unused sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting sessions already taken, medicines dispensed and consumables used.
Product Returns
Sealed Ayurvedic products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and undamaged, with the invoice. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened medicines, oils and churnas cannot be returned unless the item was damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank or gateway settlement may add a few additional working days depending on your issuing bank.
